This part-time position has arisen within the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) at Southbrook Road as a Job Share. This post is part of the Dual Diagnosis Service.
We are looking for dynamic, forward thinking, excellent communicator who can establish evidence based practice within this existing post.

We provide Mental Health services in adult, rehabilitation and forensic, MHOA, CAMHS, learning disabilities and addictions services, covering the London boroughs of Southwark, Lambeth, Lewisham, Croydon, Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich along with national specialist services.
